Beautifully Covered was founded in 2008 by Keo Kidd who had the previous ten years in the Hospitality Industry working in various roles including Weddings and Events.
Our Story so far...
"My mission was clear - to improve the standard of products and customer service available. Frustrated with what was on offer from companies at the time such as limited selections, no on-site set up service and lack of opportunity for face to face selection, I had a vision for a personal service of the highest quality.
My passion is connecting with the couples, planners and venues we work with and helping them translate their ideas for the big day into products and styling that is perfectly suited to their tastes. Our premises in Edinburgh has allowed our sales team to add value to our client experience by offering regular consultations. We have for many years trained all sales staff on the same strategy of ‘Advice based Sales’ which we get excellent feedback about on regular basis, and we believe offers honest and invaluable styling advice. If we don’t believe you will benefit from it we will not recommend it...
Customer service is very important to us as venue and client recommendations are the source of nearly all new business. Staff are trained to ask themselves if they can go further for the client at every step of our booking process.
We receive regular feedback from future wedding couples and we contact each and every event following completion to invite feedback and are delighted with the response we receive from clients.
I really hope we stand out from the competition due to pure tenacity & effort. I am a complete stickler for the details and we will go to really any lengths at all to make sure we delivered what was ordered to the client’s expectations and beyond.
We achieve this by remembering the little details, linen is pressed, backdrops are completely steamed every use and we have brand standards in place for everything from the size and placement of the bows on the chairs to ensuring all glass wear is sparkling clean.
